Just met one of the FC members in person: Teira Osairis. She’s pretty much exactly how she is in the game. A bit shy (hence why I did a drawing instead of an actual picture) but badass 😀 Traffic wasn’t as bad as I expected when I picked her up at her hotel in LA in the morning. My ETA was around 9AM but arrived at 8:30AM. The Traffic God actually showed mercy! It was only an hour and a half drive!
From there we headed back to Orange County (my home) to pick up my sister Skye Summersping from work so we can have lunch together. We actually ran into another FC member Brego Aerosmith but missed him. We’ll get him next time!
We then headed out to Laguna Beach and had brunch at Las Brisas. Their breakfast buffet was pretty darn good and of course, can’t miss out on my mimosa. The restaurant had a really nice view of the beach.
Afterwards when the sky cleared up, we walked off our heavy breakfast at the beach. Teira was curious about the seaweed and touched one after she saw me do it. She also popped one after I did and then I told her to smell her fingers 
Fortunately it didn’t smell bad.
It was getting warm so we had ice cream at Creamistry. It was creamy and heavy but very refreshing.
We dropped off Skye back to work and headed to Mitsuwa to get some Japanese snacks since Teira was going to Anime Expo. Then on to Walmart because Teira needed to get sunglasses. That’s definitely a must in California.
Then back to traffic! To Hollywood & Highland! It was about an hour and 44 minute drive… Not bad since I’ve expected about more than 2 hours drive. My guess is people took the week off for 4th of July so less congestion in the freeway.
We arrived around 5PM and all was good. We saw the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and a couple of shops where Teira bought some souvenirs.
We also found a potential present for Deamara Dae’hyand since her birthday is coming up. She’ll get something else tho.
The we just hung out at Dave and Busters. Oh man that was fun! We played Mario Kart, Tomb Raider, Walking Dead, and tried a simulator ride. There was a giant Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em but it was out of order 😦 Still we had a blast!
Man it was so much fun hanging out with her! I hope she visits again or I visit her in New York. Another crazy adventure to look forward to!
